Surrounded by the luxurious high rises of sector 76, 78, 79 and 119 lies Theatrically. Theatrically is a four-floor facility designed and constructed tastefully on a 3000sq ft corner plot. Well ventilated with abundance of natural light let in through its huge glass windows, it is adorned and decorated with paintings and crafts from various parts of India. Though ethnic but the place is technically equipped with modern facilities to enable art and cultural activities to flourish and bloom. It offers beautiful clean and safe spaces of varied sizes and designs to house small to large sizes of groups of children and adults to attend workshops and events, watch performances, exhibitions, participate in discussions and readings, learn and teach arts and languages, perform to express creatively in various art forms. 1. The Actor’s House – Basement True to its name, this space is dedicated to formal performance-oriented programs or stage shows - theatre, dance, drama, musical shows or workshop culminations for a small audience. 2. Anubhuti – Ground Floor A classroom size room with an informal stage has been designed to facilitate process-based workshops or sessions of theatre, arts, music dance or wellness. The room has an interesting display of Indian scenes created with traditional dolls from various parts of India. 3. Bamboo Blooms – first floor A ceiling high glass window on two sides overlooking a lush green balcony- this space has everything made of bamboo! A warm inspiring room is ideal for “Chai pe charcha” “coffee shoffe” jamming with instruments, book discussions, Poetry club meets and memorable get togethers. 4. Creativista –First Floor A hall with a state-of-the-art ceiling designed with cane jaali – which no one can miss! The partially open ceiling for sure infuses confidence to express oneself boldly. This room has a projector making it ideal for presentations, book launching events, language program teaching, dance workshops, yoga sessions, wellness programs music and art experiments, teaching and learning. 5. Artalaya – Second Floor Artalya is a huge hall. The space is ideal for any kind of large group activity, workshop, art exhibition, sculpture, pottery, meditative sessions, wellness programs cookery experiments and classes or any creative work needing large space. 6. Roof top Farm – A small organic farm on the terrace – one of its kind! The joy of watching your food travel from the soil to your soul is amazingly satisfying. An interesting open space for a few to spend a cosy winter afternoon with “chulhe ki roti” and “khet ka saag” or a summer evening with a guitar with friends. A rainy day under the pergola with some singing. Workshops, get together, book discussions, jamming, pottery workshop, cooking, barbeque, arty pursuits…the possibilities on this roof top farm are immense.

Ethos & Vision of Theatrically
Theatrically is a four-floor facility for creative works in art, music, dance, education, theatre, drama, literature, poetry and wellness, in forms of innovative workshops, sessions, discussions and performances. Theatrically is an effort towards making engagements of children and adults with the arts comfortable, affordable, non-judgemental, highly experiential, experimental, inclusive and joyful. Theatrically aims at becoming a cultural hub, enhancing the creative quotient of our community dramatically by - – Creating ample opportunities for the children to watch Theatre. - Hosting the best workshops and performances for children. - Providing a platform for children to engage artistically, participate and experiment creatively. - Providing affordable spaces to various artists, creatively keen individuals and groups to conduct workshops and stage their productions. - Hosting creative workshops for adults to help them express creatively in any art form. -Providing affordable facility to groups and individuals for plays, stage shows, dance and musical programs ,enactment in any performing style, for various sizes of audience in varied settings. Theatrically has been created with a vision and a purpose of aiding the creation of a better world by using theatre and the arts as a tool, working in collaborations and co partnerships with individuals, groups, organizations, teachers, instructors and experts holding a similar vision.

About Annu Mehta

An innovative and creative educator, an ardent propagator of Theatre in Education and inquiry-based learning techniques, she spent over 20 years in education. She is skilled in developing drama as a mainstream subject and designing of methodology to integrate theatre with academic subjects to promote listening skills, critical and analytical thinking skills, critical appreciation of art, creativity, innovation, improvisation, communication skills, team work, inhibition breaking, improving inter and intra personal skills and developing empathy among the learners. Her methodology is in synch with the national curriculum framework 2005 guidelines, which she presented for the management of Cambridge Schools in 2006. As an academic teacher, drama teacher and resource person for TIE, she has experimented with the ideology hugely in various branches of Cambridge schools and Step By Step School Noida.
In 2011, she launched her own brand – Children’s Theatre by Annu Mehta to reach out to kids beyond the schools she kept working in as a freelancer doing both process and performance-based work by organizing Theatre Workshops, conceptualizing, scripting and directing school assemblies and Annual Functions.
CTBAM focused on process-based workshops for kids mainly under 8. Working on various locations in the NCR region she successfully conducted various workshops, directed public performances, designed curriculum for schools and trained teachers.
Her theatre workshops are audition free, process based and focused on life skill building and always culminate in informal or formal performances.
Presently she owns Theatrically - a cultural hub in Noida- her effort of making engagements with the arts and arists experimental and enriching for one and all. To promote Theatre for Children and making stage accessible, affordable and a meaningful experience.
